Why do this programme?
A 2024 Upwork study of leaders, managers and freelancers showed half didn’t understand how to get the productivity benefits asked of them, and 38% feel overwhelmed by AI.
We’re also seeing a widening AI gender divide: Boston Consulting Group’s 2024 research shows that AI adoption by women in non-technical roles is falling up to 21% behind that of men.
It’s becoming mandatory: the EU AI Act stipulates that by Feb 2025, individuals operating AI systems with outputs used in the EU must have a sufficient level of AI literacy.
We must do better. We must train our teams to find the right use cases for specific creative projects. We need to bring clients on the journey and find a healthy balance between billing hours and AI-optimised work.
