Why do this programme?
A 2024 Upwork study shows that 96% of C-suite leaders expect employees to make productivity gains using AI, yet only 26% have a training plan. Many employees feel overwhelmed by AI.
We’re also seeing a widening AI gender divide: Boston Consulting Group’s 2024 research shows that AI adoption by women in non-technical roles is falling up to 21% behind that of men.
We need to do better. We must train teams to find the right use cases for specific marketing projects, and give colleagues the confidence to get the best productivity gains from AI.
It’s also now mandatory: the EU AI Act stipulates that by Feb 2025, individuals operating AI systems with outputs used in the EU must have sufficient AI literacy.
